• It has 3 wired connections: Digital Optical (best), RCA (good) and 3.5 mm audio jack (worst). There is no HDMI input.

• It depends on what audio output ports your TV has. If your TV has 3.5 mm output then you can connect this speaker via an auxiliary cable that is included. If your TV has digital out, then get a digital to RCA or Digital audio to Auxiliary converter.
