• It comes with a regular charger and cord but not the USB 3 one. But you can use the cell phones USB 3 charger with it.

• Mine came with it, if by chance you get one that doesn't at minimal the cord should be there and just use the box that comes with it. The price is way better than I saw in 8 other outlets.
