Is there a model with a camera built-in? null

In a way, yes but also no. There is a camera inside it, but it is used only for knowing where it is and where the track pieces are. The camera can not be used to take pictures or videos, only to say where it is. Im pretty sure there is an accessory for a go pro camera, but I'm not sure if its for the sprk+.

For what your saying: no. I mean there is "in-car" view camera you see. There technically is a camera but it's for robotic use. The cars have cameras viewing the markings on the track pieces to know where they are.
