• Yes, it is user friendly. My young teenage sons were able to use it with no problem.

• Its quite intuitive if you are familiar with android os. The location of power and volume buttons are quite awkward because they are on the back cover instead of the sides of the phone. The fact that there is no physical home button is quite nice because it lets you add other buttons like quick memo.
