Are you able to access the beta game if I purchase the hard copy Elite edition of this game. If so how do I acquire the code before i receive the game? null

From what I understand if you pre-ordered before June 9 you have to go to the store on July 14 and they should be able to provide you with the codes if you pre-ordered on or after June 9 the codes should be emailed to you
