“Do I get the same support as i would when buying directly from Starlink website? IE where do i go for warranty/issues? Also, what is the true color? on the Starlink website it looks black but on here its white; are they the same?”

Once purchased, you enter the product code on starlinks site. Then its all the same as if you got it from starlink themselfs
