“I purchased this Jan 2020 with 2yr warranty, now in march, the mic on headset suddenly stopped working. Was able to swap for same new headset with mic and next day it stopped working. Any suggestions? Does this have batteries? For my 8yr granddaughter”

Most people have said, no batteries being its WIRED. I returned it for another box but clerk credited my warranty fee towards this box being it lasted 1 day, so we shall see how long this one lasts. She couldn't give me answer on why either. If this Arctis 1 goes out, then we will just switch to another brand.
