- Answer So No andYes! It is not that it's Bluetooth but It has a little black piece that connects to the USB dongle for your pc. You can unplug from USB dongle and connect directly to any type c port and it just works like that! Great quality.

QuestionPeople say that this will hook up to a computer/switch and switch while it's docked wireless. My local best buy says cable is for charging only and that it does not have a usb-a to usb-c adapter. This adapter is needed. What cables are included ?

QuestionCan you listen through the usb dongle and through the 3.5mm aux at the same time? (I.e. discord through 3.5mm cable on pc while game audio through ps4)?

QuestionWhen I received the product through mail, the tape sealing the box has been cut already. Is that suppose to be normal? this product is supposed to be brand new right? did BestBuy accidentally sent me one of their used units?

- Answer The headset comes with the wireless dongle (USB-C Wireless Transmitter) that has a MALE USB-C plug on it. The wireless dongle can be plugged directly into any Android phone with a FEMALE USB-C port, or a Nintendo Switch. To use this product on an iPhone, you would need to purchase a separate FEMALE USB-C to Lightning cable/adapter. Not to be confused with the Apple USB Type C-to-Lightning Charging Cable because the USB-C end is MALE. The USB-C end of the adapter has to be FEMALE so the wireless dongle can plug into it.
