“How bright is the Arctis 5, when you mute the mic in a dark area? For me, the mic is going to be muted most of the time. Thanks”

• It's VERY bright and very red. Impossible to ignore in your peripheral vision. Very blinding, in my opinion.

• Depending on how 'Dark' your area will be, so if totally pitch dark - could be quite brite. The mic will beam red when muted and is good to let you know your mike is "cold" vs "hot" mike condition.

• The mute indicator light is very bright, but nothing noticeable in an entire room.

• It's pretty bright, but the mic is retractable, so it's mostly hidden inside the headset.
