• A:Answer The only major difference will be the lack of tempest audio support on the ps4. A vast majority of the tech forums I frequent say the sound quality is significantly better on the ps4. I have no idea way and I am quite certain Sony doesn’t either

Q: QuestionWill the Dongle cause the PS5 to be stuck on Headset just because its plugged in? With the 7P I had to unplug the dongle Every time I wanted to switch back to HDMI output. It did not switch between HDMI to headset when Headset was on or off.

• A:Answer If you tap the PS button & go to the speaker icon you can select a different audio output device without unplugging the dongle. I do it all the time when i switch from my AV receiver to my headset.

• A:Answer So the dongle is USB-C. If your monitor hub allows wireless devices to connect to it, then you should be fine. However, keep in mind that the dongle is awkwardly big/wide. So if you have other slots/USB ports you want to use, make sure you are willing to sacrifice some utility because the dongle will for sure extend over one or two ports/slots.

• A:Answer It has a USB-C port that I have plugged into the front of my PS5. It’s just wide enough to block the access to the front USB port so any USB devices you will need to use the rear ports while the headset receiver is plugged in. Buy a blu tooth headset, I regret not doing so.
