- Answer Yes! It works with all my Samsung devices that have the Smart View feature - including my S5, S6, S7, & various Samsung Tablets!!! Love this feature since I use Kodi to stream shows & movies (spare me the finger shaking for using Kodi...I know, I know - bad girl!) and since you cannot install Kodi on Roku devices (unlike Amazon products or any Android devices) - it makes it possible for me to mirror those things to my TV!

- Answer Yes if you are using the ARC HDMI from your Amplifier to Television. The Roku can be plugged into any HDMI port on your Amplifier such as Video 1. Hope that helps.

- Answer Yes, you should be able to go online to your Netflix account and just add the tv with no additional charge. We have it on all tv's in our home including guest room and pay flat fee.

- Answer Typically you’re gonna need some sort of internet, whether it be hotspot from a wireless provider or satellite internet, or regular high speed internet from the local phone company to get the most out of your smart devices including watching sling tv.

- Answer This could be a glitch in the software, I would try to update the firmware on the device, or try putting it into another HDMI port. If that doesn’t work, then you probably have a defective device and should get it replaced.

- Answer There should be no interference since Roku allows you to pair a remote to each device. The Stick or Ultra will essentially ignore inputs coming from any other remote besides the paired one.

- Answer This roku does not use a cursor like a mouse..you navigate using the up/down/left/right buttons on the remote. I’m not aware of any other roku devices which do either.

- Answer Hi, Marilyn! The USB power cable that is included with the Roku Streaming Stick+ 4K is not a standard USB cable, as it has a long-range WiFi receiver built in. Using a standard USB type-A to USB type mini-B will not work because it lacks a WiFi receiver. You will need to replace the USB power cable with the one offered on Roku.com.
