Just had the same problem... stay away from this product. Tried installing the batteries (5 or 6) different ways. Neither configuration worked. Will be returning tomorrow. Too good to be true. Better options out there at same price point.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Its probably defective. I would return it and Get a new one. It's pretty simple to use. You add the. Batteries then turn it on. So the one you got may be defective or broken.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Bad instructions and polarity not shown. I tested it and the batteries all go one way - negative side up against the spring. The LED light will work, but my Nikon does not trigger the flash. Returning it.
