“So does this fit with the hero 7 with the waterproof case or without it. Because i tried it with my hero 5 with waterproof case and the light does not lay flush with the lense”

• The LED Action light does not fit the Hero7 Black waterproof case - it does not fit flush. I had to mount mine with the camera on the opposite mounting bracket and the LED light on the other, offset (opposite from normal setup).
