QuestionNintendo is ripping you off with this $70 price tag for two 20 year old games. In 2020, Mario galaxy was a $20 limited release (if you bought it on its own). Nintendo then took it away, and is now selling it again to you for double. Just emulate it.

- Answer While the price of this game is a bit high, Nintendo is not ripping us off. The games have been updated with new textures and graphics, (up to 4K60 on NS2) as well as new story book entries, amiibo support, assist mode, (great for younger players) all with the portability of the Switch. Also the $20 limited release you are referring to was 3D all stars, which was $60 for all 3 games, if you only wanted Galaxy it was still $60 for less content than the new version. Also with it being a limited release, Nintendo could probably afford to make it cheaper. And with the case of the Wii U Virtual Console also being $20, it still was just a port and not a remaster.

- Answer For starters it’s 2 full release games that have been remastered for next gen. That $70 price point is getting to be more standard nowadays on ALL platforms. Also, it being 2 games you are paying $35 each. Not a bad price at all. If you can’t afford it, don’t buy it. Simple.
