“Will this system work with the Swann security app? I had Swann NVW-800 and the app will not work. Not sure if the app is working now or was it the system.”

Hi JM987. Yes, this system works with the Swann Security app, it's actually the same NVW-800 NVR model inside both kit options, the only thing that changes between the 1080p & 4K versions of this kit are the camera models. Did you have your original NVW-800 successfully connected to the internet before pairing it to the app? With this NVR you have the choice of running an ethernet cable between the NVR and your router, or you can connect it via Wi-Fi instead if you prefer.
