• Yes you can with the swannview link app in the play store or the app store. It works great!!!

• Not sure about the static I P address. I'm not that much of a computer guru. But sometimes I can access from my mobile and sometimes not. Haven't been able to figure out the pattern yet as to why sometimes and sometimes not. Hope this helps at least a little.
