Depends on your skill level, and the particular installation. The biggest issue is probably routing the wires to the cameras. They have power and video, with separate molded plugs. Only hook up one way, but take about a 3/4 inch hole to feed thru the wall. Basic screwdriver/drill/ hammer are all you need, if you don't have masonry to go through. You do need to evaluate weather exposure, local regulations, etc.

Please try again later.Yes you can, I'm 58 and kind of fluffy; I just called in a favor to get a skinny guy to crawl around the attic for me. the big pain for me was dealing with fishing the ends through the eves of the house, I used a wire fish and a lot of electrical tape to shield the ends from damage; it took about two hours total.
