“Does anyone know a company who will install and service the system? We purchased this system from Best Buy for a home we were building. At the time we purchased the system, the Best Buy employee at the Chesapeake, VA store told us that Best Buy would install the system when our house was ready. We purchased it before the house was finished so that the electrician could install the cables. We called Best Buy to schedule the install, and were told they no longer install these systems. We met with the store manager, who gave us a $50 gift card and said he couldn't do anything about it. We found someone in Pittsburgh, PA (a friend of a friend) who drove 8 hours to get here and he installed the system. We are now having a problem with the dvr and aren't getting any images from any of the cameras. Tech support has gone as far as they can to help us, but it still isn't working. We have never bought this system from Best Buy if we had known they wouldn't be installing and servicing the unit. We live in Suffolk, VA and need someone who can provide service for the system.”
