Yes. Each cable has 2 different wires on it. The biggest of the two (blue end) is coaxial that supplies the video feed. The second (red end) is the power. Having a power source allows you to essentially run a cable for as long as you need to. The longest run on our system is 350ft and it looks just as good as ones we have with 50ft of cable. Add on cables are available online and in every best buy I've been in.
