  • QuestionDOES THE SYSTEM SUPPORT WIRELESS OR SOLAR CAMERAS?

    Asked by JAKE.

    • Answer Hi Jake, No, this system does not support wireless or solar cameras because it is a wired NVR system; only wired NVR cameras can be connected, but you can still mix and match Swann cameras and view them together in the Swann Security app. The only difference is where clips are stored - your NVR camera clips would be saved to the NVRs hard drive, whereas wireless cameras would be saved to their SD Card & cloud. • QuestionWhere does video get recorded? How many hours of storage does it have?

    Asked by Buck.

    • Answer Hi Buck. The video is recorded onto an internal hard disk drive (HDD) built into the system. The exact number of hours depends on your recording settings (such as resolution, frame rate, and whether it's set to record continuously or only on motion). Therefore, we can't provide a specific duration. You can visit our Support Center, where we offer an estimated storage calculator to help you determine how many days of footage can be saved based on your specific setup.? Mary - Swann Team
