Hello Alejandro, Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. Due to the nature of these updates, we do not have a confirmed projection on each launch. Our development team is working day and night to address the potential bugs within the software. Recently the external development team of the SAFE by Swann app ceased trading due to the most recent pandemic, putting the continued operation of many Swann devices at risk. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The app is spotty sometimes but if it freezes I just sign out then it’s fine when I sign back in. I have an Android and my husband has an iPhone, it works about the same on both devices. We were both able to view the cameras just fine when we went out of town, and received notification alerts from the app as well.

Please try again later.I have this setup and am finding that neither the windows app or the mac app is working correctly, much less being able to record 4k footage that can be opened on either platform. My iPhone is a newer model and the swann app works for a bit then it loses access and times out and I have to relaunch. Will have to return this if some third party app or new app design doesnt come along real quick.
