Hi Lisa. We include a 12 Volt power adaptor which goes into a 4-way splitter to power the cameras. The DVR also runs on its own 12V power adaptor. Sorry, this system does not feature any audio. We have alternative models such as 1080p DVR kits including the PRO-1080MQB camera model which do include a microphone in each camera for 1 way audio. If you wish to speak through the camera you would need one of our more advanced NVR systems or a Wi-Fi Camera which advertise 2-way audio. -SD, Swann Team
