Question1. When I’m not on WiFi I can’t change the video for the cameras to high quality only allows to view in medium quality it just stays a black screen? 2 The cameras will not keep the flashing light setting or the siren it Just reverts back to default

QuestionIv had the *DVR dose not have storage device connected* icon show up twice now, I fix it by rebooting but I was wondering how I can make it stop, the manual says to have a 12v 3a Cable, but it only came with 12v 2a cables, I was wondering if this is why

We would recommend that you contact our customer support team and request a replacement power supply unit. It is very likely that this is the cause of your issues. QuestionI bought this product last month. I haven't opened the box yet because of the horrific reviews for the app. I don't think I want to keep the camera system without an app that works properly. Has anyone tried the android beta version? How was it?

QuestionMy TV is 2 rooms away from my router - will this impact set up? How will cameras connect to the DVR if cameras are in the back and front of the house? Will I have cables running through my house?

- Answer Question 1 is no my setup is my router is downstairs and the tv that the dvr and cameras are hooked to is upstairs. It works good. Question 2 yes unfortunately you will have cables running thru your house cause I have 2 cameras in the front and 2 in the back and also the cable connected to the router. The only way to hide the wires is you would have to go thru the walls ,ceilings and attic my neighbor paid someone to take hers thru the attic and down thru the ceiling in her 2 story house.
