- Answer you only need internet to view remotely via app or computer. We have ours connected to a TV and we do not need internet to watch recordings or live feeds...hope this helped answer your question

QuestionThe system comes with 60 foot cables (1) Is the distance limited to 60 feet or can extension cables be added in order to increase distance? (2) if so is there a maximum distance?

- Answer I think it is 300 feet for each channel, I add 100 feet to five of the channels, 25ft to one and the last two are the 60 feet...... works great..... shop for the extension cables....

- Answer It is not hard to install, mostly you need to survey the area of where you want the cameras to be installed and how to run the wires to the DVR. We decided to make ours the most hidden with no show wires, so it took some labor work to ensure the wire was ran hidden.

- Answer Yes you can hook up to a constant TV. You select from different viewing options from 1, 4, 6, 8 cameras at a time. They are not rotating cameras
