Hello JosephE. Yes, our DVR and NVR systems as well as our MaxRanger4K system can be monitored locally on a TV/Monitor. The recorders and hub hub have an HDMI port which you can use to connect directly to a monitor/TV. You even have the option to run it this way as a local-only system without any internet at all if you prefer.
