• A:Answer You only get one account for app viewng on phone, be it on iOS or Android, you would have to share that acct, which is a pain as it has notifications and other settings you don't want others chainging. However, you can use the online viewer for mac or windows and enable other users so that other people can view them on a computer, also grant those users priviledges or restrictions.

Q: Questioncan i upgrade the hard drive, and is the warranty still valid if i do?

Q: QuestionOk, I understand these are outdoors. Are their temperature concerns I should worry about that may effect the cameras, harm it, cause it to quit working or cause it to not work as long? Example: above 90 degrees or blow 0 degrees.

Q: QuestionHello, Do you recommend a managed POE router for this system or can the NVR power the cameras on their own? Also I see the unit comes with 100ft ethernet cable. What is the longest distance can they be away from the NVR? just wondering.
