QuestionThis bike only has a rear brake. I'd like to know if the ONLY brake is the the one on the handlebars OR can reversing the direction of the pedals also brake the bike like some old-school dirt bikes.

- Answer The only brake is that rear brake. Pedaling backwards is not a coaster brake and does nothing.

- Answer My understanding as far as the battery, is that it can be replaced. The only brake on the bike is the rear brake. No front brake or coaster brakes when pedaling backwards.
