A:AnswerJuly 2022- Just got one of these and the seat access procedure has changed (and SWFT has not updated their instructions). There is a small round button right below the back of the seat on the fender, above the taillight. You need to push that button down while simultaneously pushing the key in and turning it to the left. That will cause the seat to pop open.
