- Answer This I'm not sure of. But, I'd bet on it. All I know is this was rthe cheapest DVD player in the store, and it has some of the best features of any I saw. You can't go wrong with this one.

- Answer I can answer for what I did. I have an emerson flat screen TV. I plugged the red, white, and yellow ends of the cord to the back of the DVD player. I inserted the other end red, white, and yellow plugs into the right side of the TV. Just follow the colors of the cords...

- Answer Activate in the setup menu, check proyector settings and proper cables connection too, if nothing works return for exchange.

- Answer I didn't notice if this player has it or not, but many players have two imprints in th tray, a regular sized one and a smaller one. If you see two rings there, it will likely play both sizes of discs, about half the players do.

QuestionI connected my Sylvania DVD to my Insignia TV (which I purchased from BB last year) and I am getting a no disc error but my disc is clean and the machine is brand new. I am using the RCA cables. Will using a HDMI cord fix this problem? Suggestions?

- Answer The first disc I tried gave this error but then I realized that disc was blu-ray. Since this player is NOT blu-ray I then tried a plain DVD and it worked fine.

- Answer I am not sure what you are doing. This DVD player should be connect to TV by HDMI. This is not external DVD player for laptops.
