QuestionWe have a prepay t mobile phone and the battery is about wore out if I buy another flip phone will my sims card fit in another flip phone cause I still have about 700 minutes left. and can I maintain the same phone number?

- Answer The sim card should fit. If the card is too small you can purchase an adapter piece you could place the sim card into, then place it into the phone.

- Answer Probably yes, but you'll need a UK SIM card, and you'lll need to check with T-Mobile for an unlock code before you change the SIM card.

- Answer Yes you use the $30 phone as a basic phone. I noticed the difference in price when I was shopping. I was especially happy when I found out T-Mobile no longer offered the phone and was able to purchase the same LG 450 at Best Buy for less.

QuestionI read t mobile has a plan for 10.00 for 30 minutes good for 90 days. I just wanted a phone for emergencies. Does that apply for this phone?

- Answer I have a $3/month prepaid plan with T-mobile that includes 30 minutes OR texts (e.g. 30 minutes, 0 texts, 30 texts 0 minutes, 15 of each, etc.) and 10 cents per minute/text beyond that. I'm using in an old Nokia brick phone with that "plan" which is pretty perfect for an emergency only phone. I've used my SIM with that plan interchangeably in a couple different phones and I'm sure it would work with this one. I just buy the refill cards whenever I need to add minutes. The card says the minutes are good for 90 days, so I typically buy them in $10 increments (i.e. 100 texts/minutes at a time). Hope that helps.
