- Answer The sim card is smaller than my previous android phone's sim card. So you may have to use the sim card that comes with the phone like I did.

- Answer When you swipe left off the tiles just give it about 8 seconds and it works : Its just slow when you change screens.

- Answer I bought this phone back in November 2015. It charged quickly and held a charge for a whole day with minimal use of apps. However it quickly drained if I used GPS for driving directions or used the camera extensively. Worse, the battery recently stopped holding a charge (June 2016) and won't recharge. It is quite difficult to find a replacement battery. I love the phone, however, so am buying another one (because of the price) and will switch out the battery to replace into my original phone (so I don't have to lose my settings). By the time that battery dies, maybe I'll upgrade to a more reliable phone.

- Answer I bought a Lumia 435 two months ago and I've been using it without paying a dime for T-Mobile service. You can download maps to the phone with wifi and use it like a gps device with offline navigation.

- Answer No pre-loaded minutes. You need to buy a prepaid card or buy minutes from T-Mobile.
