A:Answerthis is a telephoto lens, so, no it is not macro only. (min focusing distance is 3ft. so when using the macro feature remember to stand back at least 3 feet.)the autofocus is built into the lens so as long as your af isn't built into your camera it works very well.
A:AnswerYes it will. I use mine on my D3400 and it is a really nice addition to my Nikon 55-200!
It works on macro too but only when you want it to.
A great deal too!
A:Answerim not sure. this lens is for crop senser (DX). cameras and i think yours is a full frame. i know a lot of Nikon lenses are cross conpatable but im not sure about this one.
A:AnswerI don’t think you can switch lenses on your camera. I use it with a Nikon D3200. It’s been great for baseball, volleyball, football and wrestling!
A:AnswerI used this lens on a recent cruise and was overjoyed at the performance and quality of this lens. For the cost I would highly recommend this lens.
A:Answerhummm maybe but they have to be kinda far away. this is a telephoto zoom for taking pictures of things at a distances. for portraits and casual photos i recommend a prime lens in the 35mm range.
