It works with my Toshiba Satellite. The little pads are meant to hold the corners of a smaller laptop, but they are soft enough rubber to grip the base of a larger laptop & keep it from sliding. You could also add sticky pads to hold it in place better if you feel it's needed.

Its wide enough that if you center it underneath your laptop you should be fine - there will only be a couple inches on each side that aren't resting on the mat. Just be careful not to smack the sides of your laptop because you may knock it off

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think this could be used with a larger computer. I don't think the size of this product would prohibit it from getting the job done. Especially with it's dual fans. And the rubber grip will hold the computer in place.
