A:Answer I called customer service as suggested below, and she told me that none of their cases like this have the automated sleep feature. She said that they may have it in future cases, but that there is nothing she could do about my case. Even when I told her about the magnetic flap not closing, she kept saying that she was sorry, but there was nothing she could do.
So, I’m out $60 for a case that the box clearly stated that it had the auto sleep function. Which is one of the reasons I bought this case.
