• A:Answer Hi. If you are using an existing SIM card and you're not receiving messages, you will need to sign-in to your Verizon account online or call Verizon customer support at 1-800-922-0204. You want to add your new device IMEI to your account and deactivate the previous one that your SIM card was assigned to. Hope this helps.
