• There is a 3.5m jack on the left side of the TV to connect an external speaker. After re-reading your question, I deduced that you might have already connected a speaker but cannot get it to produce sound. There are audio settings which can be accessed through the controller in which you can change your audio output. It is not difficult to find.

• This TCL TV is compatible with most soundbars and speakers and can be connected via HDMI eARC, Optical, Bluetooth, or the 3.5mm headphone jack. The TV should automatically detect when external audio is connected. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
