“My first series 5 TCL lasted 2 years and 8months....and the back light or led strip is gone. Do the newer 7s last longer?”

My series 5 lasted 5+ yrs and only stopped working cause my kid smacked it with a plastic sword. Just bought the 7 series and I sure hope it lasts more than two years and do expect it to. I’ve had several TCLs and they’ve all lasted longer than two years and still have one that’s gotta be 10 years old in my garage that works just fine.
