Yes it does. Probably one of the best ones in the market today. Not bulky, great coverage, clearance and all around protection.

The top and bottom of the phone protrudes just enough to protect screen if you drop your phone.

This cover comes up just enough to cover the sides of the phone and not enough to cover the screen. I also got a glass protector, but am 100% satisfied with the cover

Top & bottom are raised but do use some kind of film to protect the phone's glass face.
