I received an email a few hours after purchase from playstation with the download code for them.

Please try again later.Somehow when I ordered mine it didn’t add a pre order bonus but I called customer service and was able to get to the codes/vouchers department which looked up my preorder and saw there was no pre order bonus attached when I pre ordered so they used a code generator and sent me an email within 48 hours with my code and I have since successfully redeemed my bonus in game items
