“How soft/spongy are each of the heads that come with this massager?”

• The 3 heads that come with have varying degrees of firmness. The smaller “thumb” head is pretty firm. The largest head is more squishy but still a little firm. The middle head is somewhere in between.

• Not very. They are quite firm. I honestly find them perfect for reaching deep into sore muscles. And of course since it is handheld, if you are TOO sensitive you always have the option of holding it looser in your hand or further away from your body to reduce impact/penetration. I would not want them any softer than they are.

• The heads are a firm rubber. I can't say that they are "spongy" at all.
