“The microwave clock only displays for 15 minutes and then shuts down. The screen goes completely blank until you hit the start/stop button. Is this expected? Looks goofy with no display on the top oven but enabled on the bottom oven.”

I have the same issue. Hatd to believe Thermador designed product this way. Thermador's answer was nonresponsive.
