The fan kit comes with a fan controller. The fan controller connects to any standard 4-pin fan header on your motherboard. All the fans then connect back to the fan controller using a proprietary connector.

In that way the motherboard or software monitors the cpu (or in some cases the radiator coolant) temperature and controls fan speed accordingly. As intake fans there are usually are motherboard connections marked Top Fan, Mid Fan, PCIE Fan for instance. Now days most all are 4 pin pwm fan controllers. These are areas usually temp monitored. So where you connect the fan hub depends on various factors such as your board, the area temp you want to regulate the variable fan speeds, etc. The motherboard 4 pin fan speed curve can usually be set via bios or with software that comes with your motherboard. MSI Command Center for instance. I hope I understood your question and this helps you figure out how to connect your fans.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It depends on your motherboard, but most will have headers available with 4 pins, labeled "chassis fan", or if you are using these for your cpu cooler, then look for "cpu_fan".
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You will need to look for the small 3 or 4 pin male connectors on your motherboard. These fans have female plugs that are keyed to use either or, the 4 pin connection will allow for Motherboard fan control. You will need to refer to your Motherboard manual for fan connector location or just simply look for the small white or black plastic tabs with metal pins. Hope this helps out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There should be a 3-pin or 4-pin fan connector that will usually say FAN near it (PWR_FAN1, CHA_FAN1 for example). If you only have one and it's currently being occupied by your CPU cooler, you'll need to get a splitter cable, or a fan to 4-pin Molex connector to run your fan straight off your power supply. Just make sure you get the right cable.
