A: The connector on the fans will unfortunately only connect to the provided control box that comes with the fans. However the provided control box has a standard 4-pin connector you find on all motherboards and fan controllers. On the motherboard just look for something that says SYS FAN, or OPT FAN, these are usually keyed with a plastic tab by 3 of the 4 pins on the connector

A: They're both. They're also static pressure which is great for radiators.

A: The fan kit comes with a fan controller. The fan controller connects to any standard 4-pin fan header on your motherboard. All the fans then connect back to the fan controller using a proprietary connector.
A: This has a nice hub that all the fans connect to and one cable that plugs into 3pin fan header on mobo. Very easy setup.
Q: Do these work with thermaltakes fan software?
A: They have their own fan controller, however you plug that into the motherboard and it can raise it lower the speed of the fans according to temperature
Q: Do these fans work with the thermaltake fan control software?
A: No these are the basic fans. Only work with the supplied hub.
