“I use the Wi-Fi which is great but I wanted to try the desktop viewer and I transferred a file from phone to computer but it would not play in the desktop viewer. Why? does it only work with the sd card?”

Hi there! F750 dash cam footage can be reviewed on both personal computers and mobile devices. Please be advised to use the Thinkware PC Viewer software, as other video viewing software may not have the required codecs to properly display F750 dash cam footage. If you have not already, the PC Viewer software is available for download at our website at http://www.thinkware.com/support/download.
