• I was able to successfully upgrade from a $1.00, 3-month Tidal HiFi plan to their 12-month HiFi Plus Family plan through BestBuy. However, if you are going like-to-like plan, I was told by a Tidal rep that their system blocks you from accomplishing this. Granted this was 11 months ago. I would reach out to Tidal for a quick response.

• Yes, it can. Just let your old account discontinue, then start this paid version to your old account and your back into HiFi.

• Yes, your Pandora gift card can be used on an existing account. Be aware that the card will not activate if you are already under a plan. Only when that plan is expired. This can change if the card is purchased directly from Pandora.
