Hi 81 - The Bluetooth range on this item is 250 feet. If your phone is within 250 feet of this item you can ring the Tile to find it. If you are outside of 250 feet you cannot ring the Tile to find it but the Tile network (all other individuals with the Tile app) will constantly search for your Tile and continually provide you updates on its location. This means if you are close or far away from the Tile, you will know where it is.
