- Answer You can login to the Tile website with your account you used when activating and registering your Tile and lookup your phones last known location. Also activate the ringer on your tile to sound for your phone.

QuestionCan we get a new tile when the older one that you can’t change the battery out begins to die? Pretty expensive not to be swapped out.

QuestionDo u can track a car with this device and how long the distance be? And it need SIM card ane monthly fees?

- Answer No SIM card required. There is an optional subscription available though it is not necessary for the Tile to function. You would only be able to locate a car if it happens to have the tile in it and is near another tile which is able to connect to the internet. The maximum is approximately 100 ft or so.

QuestionIf you buy the two pack of the Tile Pro or a four pack of the Tile Mate, are they packaged individually inside the box? Would I be able to give individual trackers of a multi pack as gifts with paperwork or is there only one set of paperwork/ directions?
