Hi there, Thanks for asking! The battery in our Tile Style is built-in and not replaceable. Tile was originally designed with a non-replaceable battery in part because it makes them water-resistant, but mainly because it makes them reliable for a full year after activation. But great news - we now offer the same guarantee plus replaceable batteries in our Tile Mate 2018 and 2020 as well as our Tile Pro 2018 and 2020.
