That is a lot of floor but I use mine on a 2000 sq. ft. medium traffic acid stained concrete floor and it works very well. It picks up chunks of dirt small rocks and bits of debris from outside that flow in from client shoes. Having the ability to vacuum and then mop is a huge time saver. Depending on your level of mess you may run shy on battery life but I have discovered over time how to be as efficient as possible to do the entire floor space before running out of life. The self cleaning cycle at the end works great.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This would definitely pick little stuff up but might not be for you depending on how dirty it gets and how many clean cycles you had to run. I'm not sure the battery would do 2400 square feet
