You can wire yout Tivo mini by cat5 cable to your router, not directly to the main Tivo dvr. You can also use existing cable in your house if the router is set up as MOCA.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You wire it, but use a MoCa bridge that many of the main boxes have in them. This allows just Coax to be run through your home. Also, the streaming service usages depend on how your subscription is, 2 screens, or 4 screens!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think that depends on your Netflix plan and how many devices it lets you stream on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Does not have to hardwired to the Main Tivo per se. Just run the Ethernet cable to your router or switch. The same for the mini. The mini will search for the main Tivo unit when connected to the router. Then follow instructions. Yes two people can watch Netflix concurrently with the same account and same user name.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Both your TiVo and your TiVo Mini need to be hard-wired to the same network, but they do not need to be directly wired to each other. Yes, both devices can watch Netflix (and different shows even) at the same time, assuming you have sufficient network bandwidth from your internet service provider.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, TiVo mini requires a hardwired connection. I have 4 TiVo mini units and 1 Roomio as the master and it works flawlessly. The mini's are all able to watch different programs whether on the same streaming service or not. So to answer your question more specifically, Yes you can watch netflix in two different rooms.
